International Night 2015 on 20 Nov. 2015 , Theme " Mala Num Thai ".

The special night of Thammasat international students: MALA NAM THAI was the theme of Thammasat international night organized by the office of international affairs on 20 November 2015. The students were brought back 80 years ago which was the time where Thammasat University was founded and Thailand was stepping into the modern period. Wearing hat duing sucha period of time  was considered  as symbol of  being mordern.
Thammasat international students and staff along with  local students had a great time of enjoying a variety of cultural exchange acitivities.
The rector - Prof.Dr. Somkit LERTPAITOON presided the event.

The office of international affairs in cooperation with Singha organized the social activity by bringing Thammasat international students to visit an elemetary school called Bon Yai school located remotely in Nakon prathom province in order to help colour the school. The students had a chance to colour the play ground floor by painting the sign and marks. Some students who had skill in teaching language created  English language games for local young student to learn basic English.

At the end of the day, Singa brough the international students to visit Singh factory to observe Singha 's facotry operation which was reconized internationally.

 

 

 


 

 

Elephant Trip Semester 1/2015 on 17 Oct. 2015

Elephant Camp on 17 October 2015


This is a conservational trip to Elephant Haven at Kanchanaburi province. Thammasat international learnt closely with those astonishing animals which is the animal national’s symbol of Thailand. The activity started with feeding the elephants while students were surprised about the fact that elephant needed at least 200 kilogram of food per day. Then the students had the opportunity to observe real behaviors of the elephants in the wild. They also had fun taking a bath with elephants in Khwae Noi river
